To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- which tool you were using (for example, the MP3 Converter),
- your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone),
- the file type and roughly how long the file is,
- what happened, and any error message shown.
Please don't attach copyrighted music or private recordings. Because all processing happens on your device, we never need your actual audio file to help you.
