About All Audio Tools

All Audio Tools is a collection of 12 free audio tools that run entirely in your web browser. Our goal is simple: everyday audio jobs — removing vocals, cutting a ringtone, converting a voice memo, shrinking a file for email — should take seconds, cost nothing and never require handing your recordings to a stranger's server.

Why we built it

Most online audio editors work by uploading your file, processing it remotely and sending it back. That means waiting for uploads, sitting in queues, hitting file-size limits and trusting a third party with your private recordings. Modern browsers are powerful enough to do this work themselves, so we built tools that do exactly that.

How it works

Every tool on All Audio Tools uses web technologies built into your browser — the Web Audio API for decoding and playback, Web Workers for heavy processing in the background, and efficient open-source encoders for MP3 output. Your audio is loaded into memory on your own device, processed there, and offered back to you as a download. It is never transmitted to us.

  • AI separation tools (Vocal Remover, Stem Splitter) run Meta's HTDemucs v4 neural network directly in your browser with WebGPU, splitting songs into vocals, drums, bass and other instruments.
  • Editing tools (Cutter, Trimmer, Joiner) work sample-accurately with smooth crossfades so edits don't click.
  • Conversion tools (MP3 Converter, MP3 to WAV, WAV to MP3, Compressor) decode any format your browser supports and re-encode to the format and quality you choose.
  • Adjustment tools (Speed Changer, Scale Changer, Volume Booster) use the Signalsmith Stretch pitch/time engine, automatic key detection and a look-ahead limiter for natural-sounding results.

Free, supported by ads

There are no accounts, subscriptions, watermarks or daily limits. The Site is funded by advertising, which we keep clearly labelled and separate from the tools themselves. You can read how advertising cookies work in our Privacy Policy.
